About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy working with data, processes, and customer interactions while collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline tracking.

Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring all customer interactions, follow-ups, and notes are updated accurately.

Coordinate daily sales scrums and assist in pipeline review meetings.

Support customer onboarding and track product adoption and usage.

Monitor customer engagement, identify potential churn risks, and proactively escalate concerns to the relevant teams.

Prepare and maintain sales reports,



dashboards, and operational metrics.

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

Identify process improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency.

Internship experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Business Development is an advantage.
