Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Officer role is based in Panchkula.

The Sales

Officer will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, meeting with customers, and promoting the company’s poultry products.

Responsibilities include lead generation, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and executing channel sales strategies in assigned territories. The role involves handling sales operations, preparing basic sales reports, ensuring timely order follow-up, and delivering responsive customer service.

The Sales

Officer will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and support market expansion while upholding company standards and ethics.





Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.

Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to manage territories, distribution networks, and daily sales activities effectively.

Experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and converting opportunities into sales within FMCG, agriculture, or related sectors.

Ability to negotiate, close deals, and work with sales targets while managing time and territory efficiently.

Basic understanding of the poultry or animal feed industry is preferred, with willingness to learn technical product details.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Comfortable working on-site in Panchkula, with readiness for local travel within assigned regions.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining sales records and preparing reports. Preference to local candidates.

Salary for Poultry candidates can negotiate depending on interview.

For non Poultry upto 35k depending on experience and interview.
