We are hiring Sales & Marketing Manager for a leading Industrial Manufacturer company at Urawade Pune location.

Position : Sales & Marketing Manager

Exp: 4+ years

Location: Urawade, Lavasa Road, Pune

Salary: As per industry standards

Type : Full Time, Permanent : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify and acquire new customers in industrial markets.

Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business.

Explore current market segments and business opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements.

Handle customer negotiations and commercial discussions.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Prepare quotations in coordination with internal departments.

Follow up on enquiries, quotations,



and purchase orders.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.

Monitor order status until successful delivery.

Strong B2B Industrial Sales experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Sales forecasting

MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

ERP/CRM knowledge preferred Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing.

Good knowledge of Pune and surrounding industrial areas.

Strong customer network in manufacturing industries.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.
