Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager (Logistic Industry Only) will lead sales and marketing activities focused exclusively on logistics-sector clients in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and achieving revenue and growth targets.

The manager will design and execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends in the logistics domain, and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting tailored service solutions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery,



and continuously optimizing strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the logistics market.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the logistics industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills focused on B2B logistics clients.
- Ability to create and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns tailored to logistics services.
- Competence in market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad, with readiness for local travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added benefit.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic digital marketing techniques to support sales initiatives.
- Robust organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
