Role Description This is a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager role based in the Bangalore, Karnataka State, structured as a hybrid position with a blend of on-site work. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee sales activities for Kirloskar generators, rental gensets, and solar power systems, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals.

The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing key accounts, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and service. The manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine offerings and campaigns, as well as prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include building strong customer relationships, participating in industry events, and ensuring that all communication and promotions align with the company’s brand and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess marketing-related skills, such as campaign planning, digital marketing awareness, branding, and basic market analysis.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and collaborative team work.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and attention to detail.
- Experience in power solutions, generators, or solar power projects, especially in commercial or industrial sectors, will be highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the Pune District and occasionally across India, with a self-driven, results-oriented approach and a commitment to ethical, customer-focused practices.
