Job Title: Sales & Marketing Field Executive

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3–4 Years (Stainless Steel / Pipes, Tubes, Metals, Industrial Products Industry – Mandatory)

About the Role

Stancor Tubulars is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Field Executive to expand our market presence, develop strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in stainless steel seamless pipes & tubes or related engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.

Meet existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, OEMs, traders, stockists, and industrial clients.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until order closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.

Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.





Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate records in CRM.

Support marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Required Skills

3–4 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing within the stainless steel, piping, tubes, metals, or engineering industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong relationship-building and customer handling abilities.

Ability to understand technical product specifications.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Existing network within industrial procurement, EPC companies, or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
