Role Description The Sales Manager – West is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the western region. This role involves managing key accounts, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and identifying recent business opportunities aligned with ARDIV Group’s product portfolio.

The Sales

Manager will conduct regular customer visits, lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and monitor sales performance against targets. The position includes close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and technical support to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective resolution of issues.

Manager will also prepare sales forecasts, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide market insights to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, account management, and business development, preferably within chemicals, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.





Strong skills in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track opportunities and performance.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and technical support, to deliver integrated solutions to customers.

Solid understanding of pricing strategies, contract management, and commercial terms to support profitable growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.

Comfort working on-site in Mumbai with frequent travel within the western region as required.

Proven ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining ethical and inclusive business practices.
