NClient Engagement & Service Delivery

N7. Conduct handover meetings with operations to align client expectations with delivery.

N8. Ensure compliance withMICE operating procedures and service standards.

N9. Deliver Thomas Cook's best-in-class services to clients and build brand value.





NMarket Intelligence & Reporting

N10. Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.

N11. Provide inputs on newproducts/services and innovative sales techniques.

N12. Maintain accurate records and update business systems for MIS and reporting.

N13. Focus on innovation and recent techniques to penetrate the market

N14. Profit optimization to meet the budget

N15. Retention of existingaccounts

N16. Maximize profitability through focus on Cash Flow Management and timely payment collections as per agreement
