Sales Manager – High Value Loan Against Property (LAP)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive High Value Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel in Malad, Mumbai .
Key Responsibilities:
- Source High Value LAP business through DSA partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
- Handle average ticket sizes of ₹4–5 Crore .
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain portfolio quality.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Mandatory experience in DSA/channel sourcing.
- Experience in handling High Value LAP cases.
- Robust communication and relationship management skills.
