Aura is a sister company of DestiFine Realty — one of Eastern India's trusted real estate platforms. As a Sales Manager at Props Aura, you will lead and grow our sales team while simultaneously driving your own sales targets. This is a dual role — part team leader, part individual contributor.

You will manage, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives to hit collective targets, while also owning the channel partner vertical and personally closing key deals. If you can sell brilliantly and lead others to do the same, this role is for you. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives — setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching for improvement Own individual sales targets alongside team-level targets Develop and manage the channel partner network — onboarding new partners, maintaining relationships, and driving referrals Design and implement structured sales processes, call scripts, and follow-up cadences for the team Monitor daily and weekly CRM activity — call logs, site visits, pipeline health, and conversion rates Conduct regular team reviews, performance assessments, and one-on-one coaching sessions Coordinate with builders and developers for product training, pricing, and deal closures Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and campaign-to-sales alignment Recruit, onboard,
