- Age between 25 to 35 years
- Graduate with Minimum years of experience – 3 yrs in Metros
- Strong retail sales/distribution experience, preferably from the financial sectors
· Past record of motivating others towards achievement of ambitious targets and attaining higher levels of performance will be an added advantage.
- Solid Leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor others.
- Localities preferred who are conversant with local market and language.
- Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to mentor/lead a team of Insurance advisors
