We are hiring Sales Professionals for our Cold Room & Cold Storage business.
About the Role
Candidates with experience in Commercial Air Conditioning, Chillers, Cold Rooms, Cold Storage, Industrial Refrigeration, or Deep Refrigeration are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets for Cold Room & Cold Storage solutions.
- Develop business through consultants, contractors, dealers, OEMs, and direct custom users.
- Handle project sales from enquiry generation to order closure.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for successful execution.
- Build solid customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC/Refrigeration.
Required Skills
- Experience in any of the following:
- Cold Room
- Cold Storage
- Commercial Air Conditioning
- Chillers
- Industrial Refrigeration
- Deep Refrigeration
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in project sales and solution selling will be preferred.
