Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Manager.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, building and maintaining solid client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities for market expansion. The candidate will also analyze market trends, develop sales strategies,



and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and resolve challenges will be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

- Sales-related skills, including negotiation, client relationship management, and business development

- Market analysis, strategic planning, and revenue forecasting expertise

- Strong communication and presentation capabilities

- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team

- Knowledge of the payments industry, particularly global and cross-border payment solutions

- Proficiency in interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
