Role Description The Sales Manager role at Kiran Pipe Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalgaon.

The Sales

Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies for PVC pipes and fittings, and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing and negotiating quotations, and ensuring timely order processing and dispatch in coordination with production and logistics teams. The role involves setting and monitoring sales targets, analyzing sales performance, preparing regular reports,



and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements.

The Sales

Manager will also support customer service initiatives, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, and account management within industrial or building materials sectors.

Experience with customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication to build and sustain long-term client partnerships.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare concise reports and forecasts for management.

Familiarity with PVC pipes, fittings, or related industrial products, and comfort working with technical specifications.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and use of CRM or ERP systems.

Proven leadership capabilities, including team supervision, goal setting, and performance monitoring.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry experience is highly valued.

Ability to work on-site in Jalgaon, travel for client visits as needed, and manage time and priorities effectively.
