We are looking for 5 experienced and results-driven Sales Managers to lead our business development efforts and drive patient admissions through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, rehabilitation centres, corporates, insurance companies, and referral partners.

Generate current business opportunities and convert leads into admissions.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless admission process.





Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Prepare sales reports and market intelligence for management. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or business development.

Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, home healthcare, assisted living, or senior care is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
