We are hiring a highly motivated Deputy Manager – Counseling to lead Admissions and Inside Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Tele-Counselors, driving student enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high conversion rates through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 30–70 Tele-Counselors.

Drive admissions, enrollments, and revenue generation.

Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.

Handle lead management, follow-ups, and conversion activities.

Develop strategies to improve conversion ratios and admissions funnel performance.

Conduct coaching, training, and performance review sessions.

Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and team effectiveness.

Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable insights.
