/strong> The Sales Intern role is an in office internship based in Srinagar with performance based incentives and a gairenteed job offer. In this position, the intern supports the sales team by engaging with customers, presenting product offerings, and assisting with order follow-ups and basic account management. Daily tasks may include visiting retail outlets, collecting market feedback, tracking sales activities, updating sales reports, and helping organize promotional events.
The intern may also assist in training sessions,
learning sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively represent BlackPeak Beverages. This role offers hands-on exposure to front-line sales operations and opportunities to learn from experienced sales professionals. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Foundational Sales abilities, with an interest in learning sales processes and supporting sales targets.
Capacity to assist with Training activities and gain familiarity with Sales Management practices.
Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining sales records and reports.
Enthusiasm for the beverage industry and willingness to learn from feedback and mentoring.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
