NRole Description

nThe Sales Head role at Workians Realty is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will oversee the sales function, set and monitor sales targets, and drive revenue growth across real estate portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, managing key client accounts, analysing market trends, and developing strategies to improve conversion rates.

NThe Sales Head will collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with business objectives, implement AI-driven sales tools, and ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions.



This role requires regular reporting on performance metrics and proactive identification of new business opportunities in the Delhi NCR market.

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

- Account Management experience, including building long-term client relationships and managing key accounts.

- Team Management capabilities, with experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.

- Analytical Skills to interpret market data, sales performance metrics, and customer insights for strategic decision-making.

- Experience in real estate sales or related industries, preferably in the Delhi NCR region.

- Familiarity with technology-driven or AI-enabled sales tools and CRM platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field;

advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
