- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team for better performance.
- Develop sales strategies to improve business growth.
- Maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure smooth retail operations and process compliance.

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail Sales Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Expertise in sales planning and target achievement.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Sales performance analysis and reporting.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
