Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our HVACinsulation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC insulation products to contractors, engineers, distributors, and end-users. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, target, and develop recent business opportunities within the HVAC sector.

· Promote and sell HVAC insulation products, including but not limited to fiberglass insulation, elastomeric foam, duct wraps, and pipe insulation.

· Conduct sales visits, presentations, and technical discussions with HVAC contractors, consultants, MEP engineers, and project managers.

· Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and pricing team.





· Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market intelligence.

· Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop product presentations and promotional materials.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

· Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, construction materials, or insulation products.

· Strong understanding of HVAC systems and insulation applications is a plus.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

· 3 years of experience in HVAC

· Familiarity with MEP consultants and contracting firms in the region.
