About Sports Wizards

Sports Wizards is building the future of sports in India. We provide end-to-end sports infrastructure solutions + a sports management app that connects players, coaches, academies, and facilities. We’re expanding across Mumbai & Pune and need high-energy sales people to drive growth. Role Overview:

You will be responsible for selling 2 core products:

1.

Sports Infrastructure: Turf setup, sports flooring, lighting, equipment for schools, societies, clubs, corporates

2.

Sports Wizards App: Onboarding academies, coaches, and players + driving app downloads & paid subscriptions Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales: Infrastructure: Generate leads and close deals with schools, housing societies, gymkhanas, corporates, and sports academies for turf, flooring, and other infra projects

B2C App: Drive Sports Wizards app downloads. Onboard coaches, academies, and facility owners onto the platform

Field Visits: Meet prospects, do product demos, site visits, and presentations

Lead Generation: Cold calling, WhatsApp, email, events, and references to build pipeline

Relationship Management: Nurture existing clients for repeat projects and renewals

Targets: Achieve monthly targets for infra project closures + app downloads + paid conversions

Coordination: Work with ops, design, and tech team to ensure smooth project execution and app onboarding

Maintain daily updates on CRM/Google Sheets What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 0-3 years in B2B sales. Real estate, Infra, Edtech, or Sports or Gym Industry preferred

Passion: Interest in sports is a must. You should understand respective market's sports ecosystem

Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. Confident in client meetings

Hustle: Self-starter, target-oriented, comfortable with field sales 4-5 days/week

Skills: Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Basic MS Office/Google Sheets

Education: Any Graduate. Sports background is a big plus

Other: Own smartphone preferred. Willing to travel across Mumbai, Pune & Other locations suggested by the company What We Offer:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 CTC per month based on experience

Commission: Uncapped commission on every infra deal closed
