- Greet and assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery inventory.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Preferred candidate profile





- 15 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work on weekends and during festival seasons.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery will be an added advantage.
