Experience

- 3+ years in B2B Sales, preferably in the Glass, Aluminium, UPVC, Building Materials, Interior, or Construction industry.

About the Role

Glasspro LLP is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Project Consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and a proven track record in project sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Project Consultants.
- Identify and convert residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Meet clients, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable Glasspro products and solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams for quotations and project execution.
- Conduct product presentations and site visits.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM or MIS.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
