Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Nedumangad.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage potential customers, present the organization’s products and services, and build long-term relationships with members and clients in the cooperative sector. Daily responsibilities include conducting field visits, following up on leads, explaining product benefits, handling customer inquiries, and supporting enrollment or onboarding processes. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Executive will also gather market feedback, participate in local promotional activities, and uphold the organization’s standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers and community members.

Sales and customer service abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and handling customer queries in a professional manner.
