As we expand our Home Décor division, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about design, enjoy interacting with people, and are motivated by sales.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales of our Home Décor collection, including decorative accessories, lighting, soft furnishings, tableware, fragrances, and lifestyle products.

The role requires someone who can build meaningful relationships with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend products that complement their homes and lifestyles. In addition to walk-in customers, the role also involves generating new business through architects, interior designers, gifting opportunities, and repeat clientele.

This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role with excellent earning potential through performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Experience

- Welcome customers to the RasaHaus Experience Centre and deliver a premium shopping experience

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable home décor products

- Build complete styling solutions by cross-selling complementary products

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on enquiries

- Business Development

- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, decorators, and gifting consultants

- Generate repeat business through customer relationship management

- Identify opportunities for festive gifting, corporate gifting,



and hospitality sales

- Encourage repeat visits through personalised recommendations and follow-ups

- Merchandising & Store Presentation

- Ensure products are displayed beautifully and according to brand standards

- Assist in creating seasonal displays and styling updates

- Keep the Experience Centre organised, inviting, and customer-ready at all times

- Customer Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their purchase journey

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, custom orders, and deliveries

- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a seamless buying experience

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused

- Passion for design, home décor, interiors, or luxury retail

- Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset

- Comfortable achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships

- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential

- Candidates with experience in luxury retail, furniture, home décor, interiors, lifestyle brands, jewellery, fashion, premium hospitality, or customer relationship management will be preferred. Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, or premium clientele will be an added advantage.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a compensation structure comprising a base salary and a strong performance-based incentive component. High performers will have significant earning potential based on sales achievements and customer retention.
