Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new residential and commercial projects, building strong relationships with developers and clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, and driving sales conversions. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to achieve business targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scouting & Market Development

- Identify and scout new residential and commercial projects within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Collect detailed project information, including pricing, inventory, floor plans, payment plans, specifications, and promotional offers.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new projects into the company's sales portfolio.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and upcoming developments.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Generate new business opportunities through references, networking, walk-ins, digital enquiries, and other lead-generation activities.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure prompt follow-up with all enquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Property Presentation & Site Visits

- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
- Present project features, amenities, pricing, floor plans, payment schemes, and investment benefits.
- Provide accurate information regarding project status, approvals, possession timelines, and available inventory.




- Address client queries professionally and recommend suitable property options.

Sales & Business Development

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers while maintaining company policies.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Continuously identify current business opportunities to increase revenue.

Documentation & Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments for booking, agreements, documentation, and payment collection.
- Ensure all required customer documents are collected accurately.
- Maintain complete records of enquiries, bookings, site visits, and sales activities in CRM or MIS.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Customer Service

- Provide end-to-end assistance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Deliver a professional and customer-centric buying experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 13 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
