We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales and marketing. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property requirements, conducting site visits, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline marketing channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and property owners.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until deal closure.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company systems.

Participate in promotional campaigns,



exhibitions, and marketing events.

Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and current project launches.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
