1. Sales & Business Development

- Generate new customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp, online enquiries, references, and field visits.

- Identify potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and building-material sectors.

- Promote and sell construction machinery, concrete mixers, brick/block making machines, paver machines, testing equipment, construction chemicals, and related products.

- Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert leads into orders.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

1. Customer Handling

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Prepare quotations and explain product specifications, pricing, delivery, warranty, and payment terms.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical/service team when required.

- Take feedback after sales and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Field Sales

- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, dealers, manufacturers, government departments, and other potential customers.

- Conduct product demonstrations where required.

- Develop current dealers and distributors in assigned territories.

- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.

1. Lead Management

- Maintain proper records of all enquiries and follow-ups.

- Update leads and customer information in CRM / Excel / Tally, as required.

- Ensure that no enquiry is left unattended.

- Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted, postponed, or closed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
