- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable blankets and home furnishing products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Generate bills and handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Assist with stock management and inventory counting.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or counter sales.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Positive attitude with robust sales and interpersonal skills.
