NPosition: Sales Executive – Banqueting & Catering

NJob Summary

nWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Banqueting and Catering business. The incumbent will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, securing banquet and catering bookings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from inquiry to event execution.

NKey Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new clients for banqueting, outdoor catering, corporate events, social gatherings, weddings, and special occasions.

- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to understand customer requirements.

- Prepare and present customized banquet and catering proposals to prospective clients.
N
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and event terms to maximize revenue and profitability.
N
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and key accounts.

- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
N
- Follow up on inquiries,quotations, and event confirmations to achieve sales targets.
N
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client interactions in CRM systems.
N
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance business visibility.

nDesired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experiencein Banqueting, Hospitality, Catering Sales, Hotel Sales, or Event Sales.

- Solid sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Excellent communicationand presentation abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve revenue targets.

- Good knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and event management.
N
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
