As we scale our retail and distribution footprint across India, we're looking for driven sales professionals to grow our on-ground presence.

NRole Overview This is a dual-mandate sales role covering (1) Direct-to-Retail Sales and (2) Dealer Appointment, Sales & Retention for the ControlZ Authorized Dealer network. The ideal candidate is a hunter who can open new retail/dealer accounts and a farmer who can nurture and retain them.

NKey Responsibilities

nDirect-to-Retail Sales

- Drive direct sales of ControlZ devices to retail outlets, mobile stores, and walk-in trade
N
- Achieve monthly/quarterly retail sales targets
N
- Build and manage relationships with retail counter staff and store owners
N

nDealer Appointment& Retention

N

n
- Identify, pitch, and onboard recent Authorized Dealers within assigned territory
N
- Manage the end-to-end dealer appointment process (documentation, credit terms, first billing)
N
- Drive repeat billing and retention of existing dealers;

monitor dealer health and reduce churn

- Ensure dealers are equipped with schemes, pricing,



and merchandising support
N
- Resolve dealer queries/escalations and coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, service)
N

nRequirements

n

N
- 1–4 years of experiencein field sales, retail sales, or channel/distribution sales
N
- Prior experience in smartphone/consumer electronics sales is a strong plus
N
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
N
- Comfortable with target-driven, on-ground, high-activity sales roles
N
- Two-wheeler/willingness to travel within assigned territory
N
- Basic proficiency with Excel/reporting tools
N
