Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing market Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads Support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand client requirements Assist in rate negotiations and proposal submissions Maintain and update client databases and CRM records Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports Stay informed about US staffing trends and competitor activities ⸻ ?
