About the Role:

- The Hygiene Care Consultant / Sr.

Hygiene Care

Consultant will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

- The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

- Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective clients

- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align offerings with client requirements

- Maintain robust, positive business relationships with customers

- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling

- Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases in line with the sales strategy

- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction

- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Analyse market and territory potential,



and track sales performance reports

- Support debt collection efforts as needed

- Any Graduate (Any stream)

- Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
