Role Description The Sales Executive role at Ankur Lighting is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers, and promote Ankur Lighting's portfolio of technical, decorative, and customized lighting solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves coordinating closely with internal design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Executive will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to management to support pricing, product, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Customer relationship management abilities,



with experience in client communication, needs analysis, and after-sales support.
- Basic understanding of lighting products or related technical solutions; ability to learn product specifications and explain them clearly.
- Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and persuasive communication, both in-person and over digital channels.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track opportunities and report performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, building materials, lighting, or interior solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, travel to client locations as needed, and meet defined sales and revenue targets.
- Professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
