Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through regular interaction and follow-ups
- Generate current business leads and support customer acquisition activities
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and assist in order finalization
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for order execution
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms
- Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and customer data
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales planning
- Participate in customer meetings, audits,



and business reviews
- Ensure compliance with ALPLAs quality, safety, and ethical standards What makes you great
- 1-3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or FMCG industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP/SAP systems (preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
