About the Role

We are looking for self-motivated Sales Engineers to promote and sell our range of industrial products, including Lubricants, Pneumatics, Air Compressors, Diesel Generator Sets, and Cutting Tools. The role involves field visits to meet clients, generate recent sales leads, and convert them into business to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit clients, industries, and factories in the assigned territory to promote company products
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial products/solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications: Freshers are welcome to apply!

- Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field preferred
- Prior experience in industrial product sales is beneficial.
- Good, sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
