Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial product sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Heavy Fabrication, Welding Consumables, Welding Equipment, Industrial Power Tools, and Fabrication Machinery. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing dealer and customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Must Have

- 35 years of experience in Industrial Sales, preferably in Heavy Fabrication, Welding Consumables, Welding Equipment, Industrial Power Tools, or Fabrication Machines.

- Ability to identify and develop new customers in fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings, fabrication processes, and machining applications.

- Proven ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in selling Drilling Machines, Welding Machines, Abrasives, Cutting Tools, or Industrial Equipment.





- Experience in CRM software and sales reporting.

- Exposure to OEM, EPC, fabrication contractors, and industrial project sales.

- Understanding of sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor activities.

- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and customer training.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through direct customer visits and dealer networks.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end users.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, and after-sales support.

- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and customer records in CRM/SAP.

- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

- Participate in industrial exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities.
