Ideal Candidate Profile

Looking for Sales Engineers who have sold construction equipment or building material products such as JCB, loaders, excavators, crushers, earth-moving equipment, cranes, concrete equipment & related products. Candidates should have experience handling contractors, builders, consultants, or infrastructure projects and be comfortable with field sales and technical discussions.

- Drive B2B sales of construction products/equipment within the assigned territory.

- Develop new business by meeting contractors, builders, consultants, and infrastructure companies.

- Promote products, provide technical support, and conduct product presentations.

- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.





- Identify current projects and business opportunities in the construction segment.

Requirements

Job Requirements

- 3–10 years of sales experience in construction equipment, earth-moving machinery, or building materials.

- Experience selling products such as JCB, loaders, excavators, crushers, cranes, concrete equipment, or similar construction solutions.

- Strong network with contractors, builders, EPC companies, or consultants.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and field sales skills.

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
