Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify new customers, dealers, OEMs, and system integrators

- Generate leads through field visits, exhibitions, references, and networking

- Promote Innospace products and industrial solutions

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Develop long-term customer relationships

Technical Sales Support

- Understand customer applications and pain points

- Recommend suitable automation, wireless, IoT, or monitoring solutions

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design

Customer Management

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payments

- Maintain customer communication and satisfaction

- Coordinate during project execution

- - Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports

- Update CRM and sales pipeline regularly





- Maintain records of customer visits and opportunities

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of industrial automation

- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, sensors, Modbus, Ethernet, or industrial communication preferred

- Understanding of IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts

- Solid communication and presentation skills

- Negotiation and customer handling ability

- MS Office and CRM usage preferred
