Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the Test & Measurement market.

- Promote and sell products such as Thermal Imaging Cameras, Acoustic Cameras, Electrical Test Instruments, Power Quality Analyzers, Calibration Equipment, and related solutions.

- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept trials.

- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, industrial customers, and channel partners.

- Coordinate with application engineers and service teams for installation, training, and after-sales support.

- Achieve assigned sales targets, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.





- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records, and submit periodic sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.

- 0-1 years of sales experience in Test & Measurement, Industrial Automation, Electrical Safety, or Instrumentation products.

- Experience with brands such as FLIR, Fluke, Hioki, Megger, Chauvin Arnoux, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, or similar is preferred.

- Strong technical understanding of electrical testing, thermography, partial discharge detection, predictive maintenance, or industrial instrumentation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and ability to work independently.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, demonstrations, and business development.

- Valid driving license preferred.
