We built an AI that resolves customer calls and chats end to end, coaches live agents in real time, and reviews every conversation for quality. Now we need someone to sell it into the biggest contact centers in the US, leading from the front line, not a dashboard. You'll lead ten SDRs and partner with a data-quality pod to turn signals into enterprise pipeline, on the US clock.

The strategy is set. What we're missing is a front-line leader who still writes the sequence, tears down the call, and books the marquee meeting themselves.

What you'll do

1. Write and test outbound sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn, favouring sharp, personalized messaging over volume.
2. Coach reps live across channels (calls, email, LinkedIn), one skill at a time.
3. Run weekly reviews of recorded calls and outbound messages, each focused on a single coachable skill.
4. Run tight weekly one-on-ones that inspect pipeline and clear roadblocks.
5. Build the signal plays yourself and hold a same-day signal-to-touch SLA across channels.
6. Partner with the CDQA Manager on data quality, delegating the enrichment load so your coaching time doesn't slip into supervision.
7. Enforce the qualification and hand-off gate so AEs accept the meetings your team books.
8. Coach reps to work the whole buying committee, not a single champion.
9. Own email deliverability and dialer health so outreach actually lands. 10.



Execute the Marketing-owned strategy and feed results back so the play keeps improving.

What you bring Must-haves (we screen on every one)
- You've personally carried a $100K+ ACV, multi-quarter enterprise pipeline number, and can speak to your numbers from memory.
- You're a demonstrable doer. You can say what you personally shipped or prospected last week: the sequence, the account, the teardown.
- You've run an omnichannel outbound motion (calls, email, and LinkedIn in mixed sequences), not single-channel cold calling.
- You operate a up-to-date outbound stack hands-on, including sales-enablement and dataenrichment tools, not just by name.
- You've led US-facing outbound from India, on a night shift, coaching live.
- You coach reps to work an entire buying committee, not a single champion.
- You enforce a real qualification standard and a hand-off gate anchored on quality, not dial counts.
- You coach off real interactions every week, from recorded calls to written outreach.
- You come from AI-native enterprise SaaS.
- You're comfortable executing a strategy owned by Marketing, with a clean feedback loop.
- You have a real retention and ramp plan for a night-shift team.

- Direct Conversational-AI, CCaaS, or Voice-AI background, the bullseye above generic AI SaaS.
- Regulated-vertical selling (healthcare, financial services) with the fluency to arm reps for a security or compliance conversation.
- A documented turnaround of a sales team.

Logistics

- Location: Pune, India. This is a 5-days-a-week in-office role.
- Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, aligned to US business hours.
- Reports to: Head of Marketing, who owns strategy while you own execution.
- You lead: 10 SDRs directly, and partner with the CDQA Manager and their four enrichment specialists.
