Role Description The Sales Counselor role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Delhi, NY, with a mix of on-site work at the school and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales

Counselor will respond to inquiries from prospective students, explain course offerings and certifications, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting learners in selecting suitable language programs. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and administration,



ensuring that prospective and current students receive clear information and a positive experience.

The Sales

Counselor is expected to meet enrollment targets while upholding high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to supporting learners’ needs.

Excellent Communication abilities, both spoken and written, to explain course details and respond to inquiries clearly and confidently.

Proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, consultative selling, and closing enrollments in an ethical and learner-centered manner.

Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and coordinate schedules and follow-ups efficiently.

Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or training services is highly beneficial.

Comfort with using online communication tools, CRM or lead management systems, and basic office software.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and time management.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
