Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team, Dealers, and Customers.

- Prepare and send quotations to customers.

- Process customer orders and maintain order records.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and orders.

- Coordinate with the Dispatch and Production teams for timely deliveries.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports.

- Maintain customer database and sales documents.

- Handle customer calls, emails, and resolve basic queries.

- Support the Sales team in achieving business targets.

- Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

- Good documentation and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Female candidate preferred.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.

- Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Support will be an advantage.
