Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining customer and sales records, and coordinating with internal departments for timely deliveries and after-sales support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and demonstrations, tracking sales activities, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.





The Sales

Coordinator will also help organize events or training sessions, follow up on leads, and ensure clear, skilled communication with clients and partners. This position requires close collaboration with sales representatives and management to help achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and cross-functional follow-ups.

Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to support the sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and handle inquiries effectively.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, sales teams, and technical staff.

Relevant experience in industrial or technology-based sales support, preferably in 3D scanning, metrology, manufacturing, or related fields.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or ERP systems for reporting and data management.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
