Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordination Executive to manage client communication, design coordination, production follow-ups, and order documentation.



The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate efficiently with clients, designers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate client requirements from design inquiry to final shipment. Manage CAD design approvals and communicate with designers and clients. Develop jewellery catalogues and support business development through social media. Track production progress and ensure timely order completion. Prepare invoices, shipment updates, product certificates, and maintain documentation.

Required

Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with ERP systems and WhatsApp Business. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of jewellery designs and client servicing. ? Location: Sachin, Surat
