The Role

You run the in-studio consultation — the moment that decides whether a nervous, often self-conscious client buys.

You listen, assess honestly, recommend the right system (not the most expensive one), and guide them from first look to confident purchase and fitting. You are the face of Topee’s promise: honest, discreet, premium. Full product and process training is provided.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome walk-ins and booked consultations; create a calm, private, judgement-free experience.

Assess the client’s hair situation and needs, and recommend the right solution honestly.

•

Explain options, pricing and after-care transparently — no pressure, no illusion.

•

Convert consultations into sales and coordinate the fitting / handover.

- Own the after-sales relationship: follow-ups, re-fittings and repeat visits.
- Maintain studio standards — hygiene, presentation, stock and CRM records.

•

Hit monthly conversion and revenue targets while protecting trust and reputation.

Requirements





What We’re Looking For

•

2–4 years in in-person consultative sales — retail, aesthetics, wellness, salon, jewellery or premium services.

- Warm, emotionally intelligent and genuinely discreet with a sensitive, personal topic.

•

Presentable and confident face-to-face; able to build rapport quickly.

•

Honest by instinct — comfortable recommending what’s right for the client.

•

Fluent English and Hindi; Kannada a robust plus.

•

Disciplined with CRM, follow-ups and studio SOPs.

Nice to Have

•

Background in aesthetics, grooming, wellness or high-consideration retail.

•

Experience owning a personal sales target.
