Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate recent business.

Contact and follow up with leads received through social media websites referrals and marketing campaigns.

Understand the clients immigration goals and recommend the most suitable visa or immigration program.

Explain eligibility requirements documentation process timelines and service fees.

Convert inquiries into successful signups by providing professional consultation.

Achieve individual monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain accurate records of all leads follow ups and client interactions in the CRM.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up regularly with undecided clients to maximize conversions.





Coordinate with the documentation and case processing team after client signup.

Ensure all client documents are collected before onboarding.

Keep updated with immigration laws visa policies and company services.

Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.

Attend daily sales meetings product training and performance reviews.

Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies ethical sales practices and confidentiality requirements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Represent the company professionally during client meetings webinars seminars and promotional events.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.

Consistently work towards increasing client satisfaction and company revenue.
