What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager – Accounting & Finance , you'll manage a portfolio of international clients while supporting the Manager in driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities Independently manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely month-end and year-end close. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. Review and finalize work completed by team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Design and implement efficient accounting processes tailored to client requirements. Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports, and investor reporting packages. Mentor, coach, and manage associates to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Partner directly with international clients, providing proactive financial insights and exceptional service. Support strategic projects such as financial modelling, business planning, fundraising, due diligence,



and M&A; engagements. Drive continuous process improvements through automation and technology adoption.

What We're Looking ForQualifications Qualified CA or ACCA 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Experience managing multiple clients in a consulting, outsourcing, or accounting firm workplace Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Xero and QuickBooks Excellent understanding of IFRS , UK GAAP , and/or US GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills Experience preparing management accounts and month-end reporting Strong bookkeeping fundamentals covering AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial close Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong client relationship management skills High attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with experience reviewing and mentoring junior team members Quick learner with a passion for technology and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
