We are looking for a agile and result-oriented "Sales & Business Development" (Engineer / Executive) to drive business growth in India while supporting international market expansion. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales, client relationship management, and business development within the engineering or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Generate new business from OEMs, EPCs, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Support digital marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Maintain CRM and provide regular sales and market reports.
- Assist with international business development activities when required.

Requirements





- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally.
