About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to manage the complete sales processfrom handling customer queries and orders to acquiring current clients. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and able to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or in-person and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage orders end-to-end, from placement to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
- Acquire new customers/clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.




- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of plants and horticulture is an added advantage.
- 12 years of experience in sales.
